Les Berges du Canal offers 2-room apartments for 4 people and 3-room apartments for up to 7 people. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). They are all duplex apartments and some feature a terrace. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the sport facility and the outdoor car park is included in the accommodation rate. Les Berges du Canal also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day.

The Residence is situated on the banks of the Canal du Midi, just 6 kilometres from the centre of Béziers, and 1.5 kilometres from the Montpellier - Spain motorway. The nearest shops are located 3 kilometres away in Colombiers. Béziers, between the sea and the mountains, overlooks the local wine-growing area.Its history dates back centuries to the time of the Cathars. The surrounding area is known for its beautiful micro-climate and proximity to the sea and mountains.
